Hi everyone

I know I know everyone complains about stalls.  I know it's just part for the course it happens to everyone.  It's just so frustrating I have been bouncing between 232-234 for the past 3 almost 4 weeks.  I had my surgery Sept 8th so I'm almost 3 months out. I see people posting that they have lost 50-60 lbs in the first 3 months.  Is that total or since surgery?  For me I dropped 30 before surgery and only 20 since.  I'm consuming between 600-800 calories a day all my water and vitamins.  I find when I go to the gym I gain 2lbs every time.  I lose it just as fast but it's frustrating.

Thanks for listening again!!  Just needed to vent!  I need this stall to end, get back on track and start losing!

Yes your absolutely right it happens to all that dreaded stall !!!!

As for the time period it's puzzling as the stall is very short lived and if your on the proper diet your weight loss will continue.

to have only lost 20 lbs since sept 8 is very strange. Your diet and gym should produce you massive results as the greatest amount of weight is lost in the first 5 months.

More than likely a hick up in the road so just keep doing the right things and I'm sure you should see positive results going forth.

Good of luck keep up the hard work.

Stalls happen!  Keep a close eye on your carb intake.  Perhaps try a few days of super low carbs or a couple days of "back to basics" ....sometimes just a small  change can kick things back into motion.  Try not to get discouraged. .it will come!!

That's what I was thinking to.  I'm cutting out all carbs and increasing my protien.  I gotta do something I'm getting discouraged.  I'm going to the gym a min of 3 times a week for at least an hour.

Fingers crossed this change gets things moving again.
