Good morning!

Football Sunday here too, happily interrupted by the Walking Dead at 9 - it's usually an "appetizer" meal day, but since my chili was so damn good yesterday, I'll be opting for that. Have a ****ton of schoolwork to do that didn't seem to get completed yesterday, will organize some food for the week, not sure what else I'll get up to other than trying to get caught up on my emails since I've been so out of touch the past few weeks.

9.5 years post-op

-- coffee with cream x several over the day --

B - GNC Total Lean (pumpkin spice - woot!)

S - ham & egg cup, 1 slice toast, tomato slice

L - ham & egg cup and.... ? maybe just that since I'll likely have "dinner" mid-late afternoon

D - leftover chili, thin slice of toasted cheese bread (omg, it's a good thing I rarely ever buy this - way too tasty)

S - likely just coffee/tea, maybe some shrimp dipped in sweet thai chili sauce (depends on what Andrew may make for apps)

Have a happy Sunday!

K. :)

Watching the eastern semi final as we speak on ESPN.   So glad they carry CFL here.  Go Cats!
