RNY  6 Years 7 Months Post Op

Morning

Meeting this  morning then a little retail therapy.  Going to have swordfish tonight as I ended up with pizza last night.  Damn it was good but I always feel so bloated after.  Thin and crispy - I ate 2 pieces.  No regrets and that's it for pizza for a few months

STEPS - 12,056

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake with 1/2 small banana and ice - blended

 

L - 2 ham and sugar free pickle wraps

 

S - 2 hard boiled eggs mixed with 1 TB of light mayo

 

D - 4.5 oz swordfish grilled with hot pepper tapenade

     4 asparagus spears

 

S - Light and Fit Greek

    2 TSP coffeemate sugar free peppermint mocha creamer in my decaf

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 827,  Carbs - 36 Grams,  Protein - 101 Grams,  Fiber - 6 Grams

 

All water and vits

Good morning Barb. I can't remember when I last had pizza. DH twice recently brought home sour dough bread. So I ate some last night. Like you I loved it but the scale did not this morning.

I have my stuff for swimming but may not go. I biked yesterday so am a little tired. I find this new pool a little hard to deal with. I will see how the day goes.

Home tonight with DH. Either scrabble or cribbage.

Morning all. Played hooky today from school, i was just so tired couldn't face that 1hr+ drive. At least i slept in till 11am. I will be going to work though at 2pm. Last night i finally gave in and had some crackers to help the nausea. They did a better job than gravol, but i'm still a bit queazy though today. MMM pizza Barb, i might just make some this weekend.

2 yrs post-op

B - leftover oatmeal from yesterday 1/4 cup, left over roast beef, 2oz

L - left over dinner, broccoli, 3oz beef and 1/4 cup rice

S - 1/2 cup extra lean ground chicken

D - 1/3 cup butternut squash, 3oz chicken

S - tea made with half cup milk
