What type of yogurt are you eating for stage 2?  Trying to make a shopping list to be prepared for next week.

I had a lot of trouble finding a yogurt that was high in protein while still low in fat and sugar. I used to rely on the Source Greek but they have changed their recipe and it is full of chunks now. I ended up buying Life Smart 0% Greek in both vanilla and plain which I found at Metro. The vanilla had a bit too much sugar at 13g per serving and the plain tastes really bitter but I just mix the two together for a nice healthy balance. Not an ideal solution but it's working for me at 4 days post op.

I'd also like to hear what others are doing for yogurt during the full fluids stage.

I found the Source Greek yogurt to be the only one that fits the criteria we are supposed to eat. The apple pie flavour is my favourite...not sweet at all.

Plain Green yogurt with a squirt of Mio or 1/4 cup of fruit is also very good.

Good luck!

Can you add a bit of the fruit puree to it?

President's Choice Fat Free Greek Yogurt is what I buy.  It's very high in protein. Tastes horrible to me but I add sugar free syrups to it.

Source Greek yogurt is the best but make sure you buy the one with high protein and low sugar!!  It will say x2 the protein right on it and I believe 50 calories for a small container.
