Going to go outside and rake up the last of the leaves that have fallen before the white stuff decides to show up.  Cold feels like it's gone but allergies will be wild by this afternoon once I get back in from raking.  Already took a Claritin so shouldn't get as bad as without one.

B - veggie frittata, sausage patty

S - coconut milk

L - chicken thigh with green salad

D - chicken thigh with green salad

Morning!

Hope the haircut workS out birdiegirl. I have just hit the point of badness with the hair loss myself... things are pretty sad up there. I'm going to my salon on Sunday to see if there is something they can do.

Off to work today, and a long walk with the dog this evening. Have a good day everyone.

Good morning all. Today is going to be a little unplanned. I have a 1:00pm dentist appointment which I am dreading. I am told I will be in the chair for one hour. I have a root canal that was probably not done right and it has infection at the root. They have to drill through the tooth to get at the infection to drain it. Sounds like fun doesn't it. Just sitting in one place for an hour sounds like torture.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

How are you finding the pumpkin seeds Wenders? I love them but I think they slide right through my pouch , I can eat more than other foods.

It's funny how foods affect people differently, I find it very interesting.   1/4 c of pumpkin seeds is all my pouch can handle as they fill me up.  I know another member said they bother her tummy. Thankfully I am good with them so far. I know our surgery dates are either the same or one day off.. Can you tolerate hard boiled eggs? It is a food  that definitely doesn't agree with my pouch.

Aw nice! Our surgery days are so close.

Yes hard boiled eggs are ok for me,  but I do have to really chew them up. Funny enough scrambled eggs aren't the best for me. Trial and error!

Good morning everyone.  Pat I am sorry about the dentist appointment.  My dentist is gorgeous so it makes the time go by quickly, too quickly, drool, rinse and spit.

Had a fun dinner out last night with friends and the pesce misto was a perfect choice (although I didn't eat all of the clams they seemed a little chewy) Today is going to be busy.  I have Aqua Spin then errands and banking to do, then a meeting at City Hall early evening, and then a CD launch party at 8:00.  I haven't figured out what I'm going to wear that would suit the City Hall meeting and the launch party as one ends at 7:30 and the other begins at 8:00 so no time to go home and change.

Pat I had something similar after a root canal and they had to drill through the gum to the bone to release the gases that can get trapped, it was instant relief when they did.  On the upside, most of that tooth should be dead so you won't feel anything until they get to the root that obviously still had nerve in it.  Ask for lots of freezing.  Not sure if you are in a lot of pain or not but mine was so bad that the freezing wouldn't take and the drill through the gum to the bone was nothing compared to the pain I had from the botched root canal.
