For me it is just having such a large amount in front of me. I get busy and forget to refill then realise it has been hours since I drank anything. This is keeping me on my toes

Afternoon all. Hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying the weather. Just some studying to do tonight and trying to relax later. Zizz, that yoga sounds nice. Too pricey for me, but if you can afford it, go for it, you're worth it.

B - 2 boiled eggs

L - 1 cup soybeans, kale and turkey stew

S - 3oz pork

D - flat out pizza

S - milk, tea

mmm chicken for breakfast....and lunch. Disappointed you're changing it up for dinner. lol

The other day I had salad for breakfast. With chicken and cheese.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
