Good morning everyone. Great to see so many posting. Work and home today. Also loving the weather. I seldom have protein bars now but found a mangled one in my back pack. I guess I put it in for an emergency. So I am having it for afternoon snack.
At the meet and greet in the fall I received a grea****er bottle. I would not travel with it but it is great at my desk for reminding me to drink. It hold 32 oz

Must have been a glitch if you couldn't see it then could. I always laugh at the xx'd out one when they grab one letter from one word then the few from another one, you'd think the space would make the system realize it's a different word.
Good Morning Everyone, Nice to see everyone, but where the heck is Karen! Tomorrow I have my 6 month followups, nurse, sw, dietitian and labs. My first venture to the new hospital. I hate city driving so I map out my route very carefully. But usually construction gets me turned around. I have to be there at 8 so will probably leave before 6, wouldn't want to be late.
Pat, I am wondering how your water bottle reminds you to drink, or is it just sitting in front of you that reminds you. I use a trick with mine. It holds 710ml, it has a groove in it, so I keep 3 elastics around it. When all 3 elastics are moved into the groove, I know I am on my third refill, and when done, 2L in. Not including other fluids throughout the day. Simple, and works for me!
B- syntrax cappucino made with 1 cup silk unsweetened almond milk
L- tuna salad made with 1tbsp calorie wise miracle whip, little chopped green onion and red pepper, on 2 ryvita snackbreads
D-compliments balance salmon burger, 2oz baked acorn squa****bsp nsa syrup on squash, few nsa pickles.
S- maybe some leftovers from meals, otherwise nothing...weigh in day tomorrow
mfp totals: calories 513, carbs 27, fat 10, protein 81.
