Good morning everyone. Busy day yesterday and it looks like today will be just as busy. This morning I'm going swimming, then yoga, then gardening (I got a lot done in the garden yesterday) and then Zumba. After that it's home to make dinner and have a quiet night in front of the TV. I am loving this warm summer-like weather and trying to take advantage of it in the garden. If this weather keeps up, I just may put up the Christmas lights by the end of the week (I won't turn them on for a month, lol).

I'm going to low carb with you Barb. Not caring too much about calories as long as I keep the carbs low. Too many have walked back into my life daily so time to go super low to get over wanting them.
B - 2 eggs scrambled with 1 oz old cheddar, 2 slices bacon
L - 4 oz roast pork with 2 tbsp of clubhouse pork gravy, 3/4 cup green beans
D - taco salad, 2 cups of romaine topped with 4 oz of extra lean ground beef, sour cream, black olives, tomatoes and old cheddar.
Didn't list any snack as I haven't wanted any the past few days but if the hunger hits, I will have a SF jello cup or a boiled egg to get me over the hump. The next few days will be rough as I decarb.
14 net carbs since Atkins now uses net so I will just for the week, after that back to a carb is a carb is a carb.
Great to have some company on the low carb wagon.
Your menu looks so much better and tastier then mine. I love the clubhouse gravies. Low cal and helps the meat go down easy. sodium is high but I don't regularly eat high sodium foods. I know you don't either
I am with you that a carb is a carb. However I do also check the net figure ( subtract fibre right?)

Clubhouse now makes gluten free ones and also have low sodium ones. I figure I use 1/8th of a package per meal so the carbs and cals mean nothing and they are pretty tasty for a packaged gravy. That means a lot coming from someone who only makes real food all the time. LOL I am just subtracting the fibre but I think they subtract sugar alcohols as well but I don't have any in my menu. My total real carbs were only 18 so really subtracting 4 didn't mean much but I will still do it for the week.
You and I can be *****y going through withdrawal together :)
Good morning everyone! Got a free day pass to Movati gym yesterday and tried it out. I did a hot yoga class and boy did it kick my butt! I feel great this morning and slept like a log. Maybe it's worth the extra money? Still debating this point, it's 720 plus tax per year but maybe it's worth it?
