What are you doing/eating today ( Tuesday)
YOU'RE RIGHT IM NOT FOLLOWING THE TWH PLAN!!! CAUSE I WASNT GIVEN A PLAN FROM TEGH!! I WAS GIVEN MY PLAN FROM MY REFERRAL SITE THAT I FOLLOW.."FRIEND"..I DO EAT MY PROTEIN FIRST AND IF I WANT 1 CUP OF POPCORN OR 10 ALMONDS A DAY..SO BE IT!! I EVERY DAY GET 60-80G OF PROTEIN..MY LIST...IS START REGULAR FOOD AT WEEK 4..HMMM SEEMS AS THOUGH WE ARE NOT ON THE SAME PLAN...NOT EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PLAN!!!! ALSO MY "FRIEND" YOU HAD SURGERY 4 YEARS AGO!! THE PLANS ARE A LOT DIFFERENT AND MY PLAN HAS ME AT REGULAR FOODS BY WEEK 4, i HAVE LOST OVER 30 POUNDS IN 4 WEEKS, I THINK I AM DOING PRETTY GOOD..SO MAYBE...BEFORE YOU CRITICIZE YOU SHOULD LEARN EVERY PLAN EVERYONE IS ON!! THAT WAY YOU CAN HAVE AN INFORMED OPINION INSTEAD OF OPENING YOUR MOUTH AND MAKING YOU LOOK STUPID
Lol. Indeed I look stupid. Which is why I get asked to present my success at TWH group sessions, and why Dr. Aarts has asked me to consider sitting on a hospital committee as a patient liaison. Plead enjoy your success and don't listen to me. I know nothing.

Hey there
the pumpkin seeds didn't seem to bother my tummy at all. I found them really filling though and 1/4 cup was the right portion for me. i ate them 1 by 1 (lol) so it took quite some time and I chewed each one really well before starting the next. funny how all of our pouches react differently. I envy anyone who can eat a hard boiled egg, they are a no go for me.
It is weird, isn't it? Took me a bit to be able to eat eggs too. I also still eat pumpkin seeds one by one, but I think it was too much for me.
