Good morning,

On a plane off to another conference this week. So my plan is: protein first, veg second. No eating too fast or anything too dry to prevent foamies. Wish me luck!

Glad you arrived safe. Humidity does not sound like fun but warm does. Back to work and better eating this week. Got a lot done last week.

My son phoned to tell me he was engaged. So a fun year ahead. His fiance is a real planner so I am pretty sure the wedding is already 90% planned. Looking forward to hearing all about it and trying not to butt in.

2nd day of Optifast...gag! I'm doing it but I don't like it! lol. I just can't do 4 shakes a day, just so gross. The three I do choke down, I can only finish 3/4 of it. Maybe I'll get used to Optifast but it's just so awful even with sugar free syrups and ice.

I found the chocolate 1000000 times better.

Also if you can find them in your grocery store (i got mine in the states) strawberry and banana extracts mixed together saved me. its the only thing that helped me choke down the vanilla. I didnt have issues with the chocolate.
