Lots on the go today including lunch out. I listed Thai chicken lettuce wraps for lunch but hoping they have a fish special as the lettuce wraps are very high in sodium and calories.

Good morning everyone. I woke up with a grumpy pouch this morning so I think I will take it easy on the food today.
Swimming this morning and then visiting a friend. General cleanup around the house and outside.

Good morning all. First day of my staycation. I have a dentist appointment this morning. Not a great start to my vacation but necessary. The appointment is at 11:45 so not sure what or where lunch will be. I will carry a protein bar in case I am too hungry to wait to come home
I hope to start work on the garage this afternoon.
I really am not a great fan of my new bike. Yesterday with the tires just a little saoft it was like I was biking up hill the whole way home. Because of the way I am peddling I again ended up with a leg cramp from my foot up the front of my leg. Fortunately this time I got ice for it before it got too bad.
