Afternoon all. After yesterday's joy of shopping, today i woke up feeling bloated and just yuk. Went to put some jeans on and i just wasn't feeling pretty today, so leggings it was. Oh well, tomorrow will be a better day. Hope everyone else is well. Going out in a bit for my usual downtown "obstacle course" walk.

B - left over Chinese; shrimp, chicken, bean sprouts

L - last of the leftover Chinese

S - tea

D - 1/3 cup kale with pb, pork ribletts

S - tea

The salt from the chinese can make you feel bloated. Hopefully you feel better today

I feel better thank you Pat, but ever since my knee scope in August, i've been retaining water like crazy. I gained 18 lb. overnight and i've managed to lose only 5lb. this month. It's awful because my legs when squeezed stayed dimpled. Doc running a few tests, but have yet to find and answer. It gets discouraging after a while because thats not my true weight. I can even tell when the fluids are shifting because my stomach gets dimpled as well. :(. I have been looking pregnant for a couple of months now.

Hello Everyone, just checking in at the end of the day.

14 months post op

b - gnc chocolate protein shake, decaf coffee x 3 throughout day

S - simply protein bar maple flavour

l - large vegetable soup, ate broth first then veg after

s - 2 tbsp almonds with a tiny local Apple 1/4 size of the ones in the store

d - 1 cup leftover crockpot steak with fried cabbage

s - 1/2 c plain liberte greek yogurt with a tap nsa jam

all water and vitamins, have a nice night!
