Good morning everyone. Barb I'm sorry that you didn't sleep well again. I've been meaning to ask you, have you lost all of your regain weight? It's just that I never see it change on your signature.

Today it's swimming and boy do I need it. I am feeling very sore from yesterday's Zumba and the warm water will feel good. After that it's general tidying around the house and some errands and an early night.

Thanks for posting. I'm on opti right now and last night had a small freak out thinking I'll never really eat again. Looking at your menu shows me I will!

Good morning all. Sorry you could not sleep Barb. My dh has been having problems. He tried melatonin last night. It knocked me out but little effect on him.

Went for a walk yesterday with my DH and dog. Next time I will leave them at home. We had barely started and my DH was looking for a bench. We turned back long before I would have and still the dog was lagging behind. Man are they getting old. LOL

Just work and home today. I am biking home for some exercise. I am taking the rest of the week off. We were originally going to go away but decided there wasn't anywhere we wanted to go that didn't cost a fortune. So just relax and do jobs around the house. There are a lot.

I had a discussion recently with someone about soups. We were told not to eat them as they pass right through. However I have made sure mine are more like stews so very thick.

I have two samples of PB2 peanut butter. As anyone tried this? What was your experience with it?

b greek yogurt, raspberries

s baby bel

l homemade turkey barley soup, source yogurt

s click espresso mocha protein shake

d chicken stir fry, salad

s laughing cow , breton crackers

My fitness says my calories are as follows. I think it is recording low

c 940, carb 83, pro t97

I cannot walk with my DH as he likes to stroll. Drives me crazy as I like to walk very fast.

Soup - love it and eat it frequently. I usually eat the broth first and then the meat. Like you I make mine thick with veg and lots of meat/chicken etc

I love pb2! I find it really yummy, though I've heard mixed reviews.

Sorry you had a rough time sleeping last night.

I'm still on opti (week 2/4). I'm not feeling hungry at all but I am still nauseous and tired all day. The joys haha!

B - vanilla shake with chocolate syrup (I really can not stand the vanilla shakes)

S- SF raspberry jello

L- Chocolate shake with coconut syrup

D- Vanilla shake with pumpkin pie syrup (maybe this will help?!) and 1 cup beef broth

S- Possibly another vanilla shake. I'm having a really hard time getting 4 shakes in.

I used instant decaf coffee in mine. I could not tolerate the opti and syrups
