Morning
Sick of laying in bed not sleeping so I give up. I think I am getting used to less sleep - 4 - 5 hours VS the 7 - 8 I used to get. I seem to be able to function Ok all day with no nap. Frustrating though
We have no wind or rain right now so will see what the day holds weather wise. According to the news we should expect flooding. They seem to get pretty excited when we have a weather "event" so I don't always believe things will be as bad as they predict
Today - weird menu as I am trying to use up some leftovers and also going out at noon for a celebratory lunch with friends at a great steakhouse. So will have my dinner at lunch.

2:30 A.M. Decaf with Carnation Lite Hot chocolate mixed in
B - 5 oz leftover beef tenderloin with 2 grilled zucchini strips
L - 5.5 oz salmon
few spears of broccoli
1 piece of garlic bread
1 glass of merlot
2 bites of my DH's dessert
D - Peanut butter sandwich made with 2 slices of Dempsters 12 grain and 1.5 TB of crunchy peanut butter

Good morning everyone. Barb I am sorry that you are not getting enough sleep. I think I would have trouble exercising if I only got 4 hours sleep everyday. My grumpy pouch seems to have calmed down, not sure what the problem was.
Today I will be swimming, then gentle yoga, then take the cat into the vet which is in a different town so I will get to hear him howl all the way in the car and all the way home, lol. Do any cats like car rides? The rest of the day will be general household drudgery, dinner and a quiet night at home with DH and a very grumpy cat on my lap.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Barb sorry about the less sleep, I am getting about the same as you. I have not adjusted very well to the night shift, I am hoping it gets better.
CC....LOL , I can hear your cat howling!!! When we had the 2 cats, vets trips were hilarious! One would be howling at the top of her lungs, the other purring away...lol
Anyways....I am just home from the gym and on my way to bed. Jasper refused to walk in the rain! Can't blame him....it was coming down sideways.....

Birdiegirl I saw what time you started the thread and thought "oh no". It sounds frustrating.
I'm at the conference again today , so my menu is a bit of a gamble. Yesterday they served dry chicken breast for dinner which is the arch enemy of my pouch. I was trying to hide belches for an hour afterwards! Otherwise the food has been totally fine at the event.. lots of "deconstructed" sandwiches.

Morning Barb,
I slept in this morning. Mainly because I fell asleep in front of the TV and didn't move to my bed until 2:00am. Cleaning this morning then a movie this afternoon. Finally seeing Martian. Out to dinner. Not sure where.
We ended up going out to lunch yesterday. So my lunch today is leftover chicken with salad

Afternoon all. Made to school and back safely today, what a relief. It was so dark when i left the house at 7am, i was like WTH!!! If i didn't have and exam today, i would have skipped the one class i had oh well, all is good.
B - 3oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup curly kale with 1tsp pb
L - 1 homemade meatball, 1/2 cup spaghetti squash mixed with asparagus
S - 1/3 cup tuna, 1/4 cup cucumbers
D - 3oz chicken thigh, 1/4 cup coleslaw, 1/4 cup rice
S - tea made with 1/2 cup milk.
Numbers only 791, will add something maybe. Yesterday, i had a small pouch day. Only had 4 meals and could not fit anymore, not even a shake to up my numbers.
