Had a full nights sleep last night and I feel like a new woman! Ready for a busy day around the house and a few outside chores.
STEPS - 4459 Not good steps - thought I moved more yesterday. Will be better today
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee

S - 2 hard boiled eggs
L - 7 oz jumbo shrimp with 1/4 cup of ****tail sauce
D - 6 oz grilled swordfish marinated in 1 TB of Paul Newman's Italian dressing
4 asparagus spears

Good morning everyone. Barb I am so glad you squashed that insomnia bug last night. A good night's sleep when you haven't had one in a while can be such a gift. Enjoy the rest of your day as a new woman.
Today it's Zumba toning with a friend. She and I went to Pilates yesterday and it was alright. A lot like my gentle yoga class. May visit another friend later, if she's up for a visit. Then a quiet evening at home while I get some laundry done.

S. Scrambled egg with a Tim Horton's turkey sausage patty and later a cup of tea - It's only been a few days, but so far this snack has been able to hold me until morning without me wanting something else later or waking in the night.

Good Morning Everyone. Not much doing today, I have a big "junk" closet that I may tackle today. Barb, glad you got some sleep, and Pat, hope your tummy is better today.
B- GNC strawberry, my hubby went to sale and stocked me up!
L- two baked chicken drumsticks
D- homemade turkey burger, brocolli, a little cheddar (10g) melted on top.
S- not sure yet, maybe a bag of quest chips, my hubby bought those when he was at GNC too.

Morning all. Had a lay in for once and it felt good. This new apartment where i live, the heat in controlled by the management, i swear to god they are trying to boil us to death. I'm alway cold, i've never sweated like this before even in the summertime, lol. Just crack the window and it's all good.
Nice to have a full sleep Barb, enjoy Zumba CC and Pat, sounds like you're feeling better.

Hi everyone, Glad to hear folks had lots of rest last night.
The dh and I are cleaning the house today, taking the dog for a jaunt, and then catching a movie. I really miss movie popcorn so this will be another NSV to go and not have it.
