Took a sleeping pill last night which helped - still woke many times but at least I didn't feel compelled to get out of bed for a few hours. Lots on the go today beginning with a meeting first thing this morning. Getting my flu shot right after.

Good morning all. Glad you got some sleep Barb. I was suppose to go out last night but dinner did not agree with me and ended up staying home. Had a great bike ride home but I think I was worried about time and ate too fast. Not good with beef. I really need to chew it.
Tonight is steak so need to be mindful of eating slow and chewing the hell out of every bite.
Just home tonight with DH. Probably playing scrabble

Good morning everyone! Took a vacation day today to get some stuff done around the house before the snow starts in. Also going to do some stuff for myself, like go to the gym, give myself dry brushing and facial, nice long hot bath. I intend to go to gnc sometime today or tomorrow for their bogo sale, I tried the pumpkin flavour and it was quite nice for a change. Made a huge batch of eggwhite psyllium wrap things, going to freeze a bunch for lunches and snacks. Also plan to make tomato steaks in the crock pot, which is just seared steaks put in the crockpot with crushed tomatoes on top, cook on low for 8 hours. Omg it is really good, I might add some fresh garlic and onions to it too.

b - half a gnc protein chocolate shake with my vitamins, sf iced tea
s - 2 eggwhite psyllium wraps with 1 tsp peanut butter inside, later...sf mango orange water
l - eggwhite psyllium wrap with lf swiss cheese melted inside
s - sf iced tea, later...tiny local hand picked apple (1/4 the size of store apples) with a slice of lf swiss cheese
d - tomato steaks from the crockpot, fried cabbage, later...mint tea
s - 1/4 cup dill pickle sunflower seeds in shell, later...other half of a gnc protein shake with my vitamins

Afternoon all. TGIF indeed and boy am i happy to see the weekend roll around. A lot went on this week at school so much so that some lady in my program dropped out due to the stress and work load. Too bad coz mid-terms are in Dec and placement next yr which would have meant a lighter workload. I'll officially be 2yrs post op tomorrow. WOW!!! I'm so grateful, slim and happier. I shall party like it was 1999, lol. Off to work in a bit, boo.
B - 3/4 cup mixed grain hot cereal with protein, 1 tbsp pb.
L - 1/3 cup soybeans, 2oz grilled pork loin
S - maybe some edamame, 1/2 cup
D - 3oz chicken, 1/2 cup cucumbers
S - tea with 1/2 cup milk
