What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone. I tried to post from my phone after the sleep study on Tuesday night, but OH wasn't working on my phone again so I just went straight from the sleep clinic to the pool.
Today it's swimming, lots of walking for a neighbourhood project, laundry tonight and then an early night to bed.

Sorry the insomnia bug bit you again Barb. I have spent many nights watching L&W SVU on Netflix. Maybe this recent sleep study will shed some light on why I wake up. Do you know why you wake up at the same time? Makes me think it's a noise waking you.

Good morning CC. Barb sorry you are having insomnia. If I watched TV it would keep me awake. Only reading puts me back to sleep. Everyone is different.
I am biking home today for exercise. I am getting a head cold and would rather just jump on transit but there will not be many more nice days like this.
I would love to just stay home tonight but I am suppose to lead a meditation at a women's group tonight. I will not be out late

Good Morning All, Lots of cleaning and laundry to get done today. I am going to try some spaghetti squash for dinner tonight. It is not something that could be frozen so I will only make 6.
B- two thin slices peameal bacon, mini crustless quiche
L- homemade beef soup from the freezer, slice of prototoast crumbled in, and little cheddar melted on top.
D- half cup spaghetti squash, 3 blue menu meatballs, 1/4 cup Newmans marinara, little parmeson on top.
S- syntrax fuzzy naval shake.

Morning everyone. Writing class this morning and boy do i get confused overtime i leave there, lol. Went for a walk yesterday all over downtown Kitchener. Felt so good to move around more. My knee is still numb, but the surgeon said it will be for a while. That walk helped my cramping calves as well. I think the driving everyday might be causing the cramps.
How did the sleep study go CC? did you actually manage to sleep? Last time i went, i thought i didn't sleep, but they said otherwise, mmmm.
B - 1 cup oatmeal with flax and some other seeds in the mix, don't even know what was in it, lol, 1tbsp pb. Forgot to add the protein powder, all i know is i'm full.
L - 3oz chicken breast, few fries
S - 2 oz chicken breast
D - 3oz chicken thigh, 1/3 cup collard greens, 1/3 cup sadza
S - 1/2 cup milk and some kind of protein
Will go for a walk again today, hopefully i won't spend money this time.
Have a great day all, Nia
Hey Nia. Downtown Kitchener is so crazy with the LRT construction. How do you even get to Vincenzo's these days? Good for you for walking in that chaos.
The sleep study was OK. I used my Fitbit to log the time I slept, so when I get the results I can see how well my Fitbit works for sleep. According to the Fitbit I got 5 hours of interrupted sleep. They kept coming in the room and waking me up to adjust the leads and head strap, then it would be awhile before I could get back to sleep. I don't think I moved much all night because I was afraid I would disconnect a wire.

I know those wires are so irritating. Hope this is the last sleep study you have to go for. I managed to go for a walk again today. Feels so good to be back in the groove of being active again. Might start the Y again next week, but will start out slowly. The construction and the little hills they form downtown actually make for a good obstacle course, lol.
