Plain water HATES me :/

I've got a ridiculous collection of Crystal Light and Nesfruta thingys. I love coconut/pineapple. They're good for plain yogurt too. I also found a product in the Bulk Barn (GNC sells it too) called http://www.drinkprotein2o.com/ and it comes in a variety of flavours. I'm not a HUGE fan of it - I can taste the whey and it's not lactose free BUT it comes in handy. 15G of protein isn't bad :)

Gurgles are super fun in meetings at work. Sure does make people laugh.

Same for me. Plain water (in the morning especially) = barf. No idea why. I don't sip water 'til the afternoon.
