So..when I was first out of surgery 2 weeks ago, water LOVED Me, I could drink as much as I wanted, no issue...NOW....if I forget and drink plain water...OMG..WW3 ensues...so now..I caught myself, took a couple sips of plain water, felt that gurgling, so I reached for some water enhancer...

sheesh!!

Almost 2.5 years out, and I still can't do plain water. I gag when I try to drink it.

Needless to say, I have a large collection of water enhancers....lol

Even worse for me than plain water is plain, cold water. That actually feels like it hurts my pouch. Thank goodness for the water enhancers.

yes last week..I had drank a bottle of cold water..which USUALLY even after surgery, I would be fine with..but after that..I had the worst pains for like 5 hours and then was finally sick to my stomach..no more plain water for me LOL

Same as the ladies above, I cannot drink plain water. I love the nestea flavourings! Blueberry pomegranate, raspberry and coconut pineapple are my faves.

Plain water can be too "heavy" for some peoples pouches. I am glad you are finding a solution as water is important for the rest of your life.

I'm 15 months out and i still can't drink plain water, and before surgery I could guzzle gallons. My new favourite water enhancer is Minute Maid Tropical Mango. It has real fruit juice, and I can taste the difference.

I have days where water is GREAT, other days where I can be staring at the same bottle for hours and hours.. .seems everyday is a surprise. That's when I switch to camomile tea or add the flavor squirts or sometimes 1/4 part of the bottle G2 will make things easier. It's a live and learn kind of thing I suppose
