Good morning everyone. My order from Low Carb Canada arrived late yesterday afternoon, so I finally get to try the P28 bagels. The insomnia bug bit me again so I was up at 4:00 this morning. There may be a nap in my activity schedule today, lol.

No swimming today as DH has us meeting with the financial planner during that time. I love him him to bits, but some days I just want to smack him. He knows I swim at that time. Oh well, vent over. I will try and get out in the garden later today if it's not raining. There is so much to be done getting the gardens ready for winter. I know it has to be done, but I've been putting it off, probably because I just don't want to admit that summer is over. I wore sandals yesterday, lol.

1 year 2 months post op

B. Protein decaf latte (already downed), large decaf just about to make one

S. 1/2 of a P28 protein bagel with light whipped cream cheese with chives and smoked salmon

L. 2 turkey meatballs in Marinara sauce with a little ricotta and some asiago cheese petals melted on top

S. Very large decaf coffee to warm up if I'm working outside

D. The same as lunch

S. A large decaf latte and maybe later P28 bread toasted with P28 cashew butter

RNY 6 Years 6 Months Post Op

Morning

Lots on the go today including a luncheon where the menu is set and no changes allowed. I plan on eating something right before I enter the room that is wls friendly so I'm not ravenous when we sit down. Home tonight for dinner and time to get caught up on my shows! I was too excited after the Blue Jays win last night to watch anything else!

STEPS - 7740

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

GNC Pumpkin Spice shake with added nutmeg

S - 3 slices of blue menu stone roast ham

1 oz of hard parmesan reggiano

L - 1.5 cups approx of green salad

quiche - just the inside.

D - 6 oz grilled swordfish with tapenade of hot peppers and capers

few asparagus spears

S - Source greek - lemon

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,116, Carbs - 59 Grams, Fat - 41 Grams, Protein - 103 Grams

All water and vits

Grilled swordfish is one of my favorite dinners - or lunch or breakfast for that matter! Unlikely I will eat all 6 oz at one sitting - might eat 4 and then 2 oz later

Update too re the gnc shake - I enjoyed it more with added nutmeg per Traceys suggestion. Going back to premier chocolate when I am finished my 4 pack of them

Good morning, it's a chiller out there! I'm off to some of my favorite clients today, and then after work probably heading to the mall to find a heavy sweater to get me through the rest of fall - I don't have anything that fits and I'm so damn cold! While I'm there I'll see if my gnc has any of the pumpkin spice shakes. Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, nice chilly start to the day. In class taking an OH, break, lol. Sorry about the sleep bug CC. I on the other hand has been sleeping like a baby lately since i'm so tired. Long shall it continue.

23 months post op

B - 3oz sausage, coffee with 5% creamer

L - 3/4 cup Soybean and turkey casserole. Made it in the crock pot last night and it's delish.

S - 3oz banana, 1tbsp pb

D - 4oz tilapia

S - 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup cashew milk, 3oz picnic shoulder

Totals: 906 cals, 35 carbs, 45 fats, 93 protein.

Nia you are doing great. This time in school will be done before you know it. Great menu, I'm glad to see that you are getting your protein in. Now get back to studying, lol.

Thanks CC. Everything is moving so fast and we will had mid terms in December. So far i'm doing good. Instinctively, i'm striving for great and i'm so proud of myself. Back to studying for sure.
