Good morning!

Barb, good idea adding extra nutmeg. I'm loving the pumpkin spice, but it could use a little extra bite to it. Someone at coffee night last night mentioned that she picked up sugar free pumpkin spice syrup at Homesense, but I think adding "sweet" to an already "sweet" shake would be overkill for me.

Speaking of coffee night, we had a great time last night. Old faces, new faces, lots of laughs - it's a treat getting together with these people. :) Off to work for another fun-filled day and hoping to tear myself out of there at a decent hour as Andrew's daughters are coming for the weekend. Somewhere in there I've got to get going on my next assignment. :/

coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - GNC Total Lean (pumpkin spice)

S - plain Greek yogurt with the last of my sugar-free cranberries

L - 5 small homemade meatballs topped with bruschetta mix and a couple of Tbl. parm petals

S - ham/Swiss/pickle roll-ups (2) (good idea Barb!) dipped in horseradish dijon

D - we're doing "make it yourself" thin crust pizza (the pizza shells from Metro that are literally cracker-thin - QuisiChef brand, square in shape, found in the "fresh to go" area at the front of the store - 1/2 the shell at 80 cal.), topped with mozz, parm, veg, pepperoni, maybe some bacon

S - likely just coffee/tea

Have a fabulous Friday!

K. :)

Nutmeg idea came from Tracey. I am having my last one today, then back to premier. Nice change though with GNC

Your pizza shells sound good. Have fun!

Good morning everyone. Conference over and am exhausted. Also two days of bad eating. Being in the kitchen and handling all the treats was not good for me.

I will try to get back on track but it looks like we are going out to dinner tonight since neither of us wants to cook. I may try to talk him into just staying in and having chili.

Off to work soon probably a short day

b greek yogurt, go lean protein

l chicken salad, sf pudding

s apple

d ?

Have a great Friday everyone

I swung past GNC in the Eatons Centre last night and they didn't yet have the pumpkin spice, word is that they will probably be in this week.
