Good morning and BOO to the cold weather!
Off to work for the day, a couple of errands at lunch, home to put finishing touches on an assignment due at midnight - fun wow! Took a brisk stroll at Square One yesterday at lunch and was thrilled to see the pumpkin spice Total Lean shakes at GNC - they only had singles, so I bought 4-get-one-free. Pretty damn deli****he spice could be a bit stronger, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed it this morning.

I like the Pumpkin Spice shake used as a creamer in my coffee. I'm with you in that it could use a little more spice, but I find it less sweet than some of the other flavours, which I like.

Good morning,
Very chilly here in Thunder Bay this morning (-2 when I woke up) - was slow moving in our household because nobody wanted to leave the warmth of their beds (me included)! So I ended up late to work, but at least the boss is away...

B - 1 sm rye toast w/ peanut butter & 1/2 c watermelon chunks
S - applesauce
L - chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie
S - watermelon & almonds
D - 1 cabbage roll (heavy on the ground beef/pork & made w/ barley instead of rice) & a few steamed carrots
Then it'll be a fun evening of getting the kids bathed and put to bed, followed by washing dishes (I SO NEED a dishwasher!), laundry, doing the floors and then maybe a little Netflix.
Have a beautiful fall day everyone!
I so understand not wanting to get out a warm bed, especially if it is -2. I hate the cold since I lost my weight, and now I drive a car with heated seats, and still swim in the warm pool.

Yeah, the weight loss and its effect on my internal thermostat is unreal! I used to pride myself on being cold hardy, even referring to myself as "Nanook of the North!" lol. I was ALWAYS warm, if not outright hot & sweaty! Now, I sleep with full pjs (as opposed to the short, sleeveless nightshirts I used to wear) and with a proper blanket. Have a feeling I will be in full winter outerwear this year and only go outside when absolutely necessary! Not looking forward to the deep freeze days of -40 that we inevitably get here up north. Wish my car had heated seats.
Good Morning Everyone! Spending the day going through some clothes, doing laundry, and housework... yuk. Have been feeling really good lately, my heart pills were cut in half, and my blood thinners discontinued. Wish I didn't have another surgery to be scheduled, but that should be the last, for I hope, a very long time.
Tickers still not updating, think I might try using mfp ticker, if I can figure it out.
