What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning everyone! I tried to post yesterday, was almost ready to submit it and there was an error and the page reloaded and my entire post was lost. Urgh!! This happen to anyone else? Feel like I might be coming down with a sore throat so I might take it easy today, do some stuff around the house but mostly relax and read. I am reading "Dragonfly in Amber", book 2 in the Outlander series, and it is really good. Been thinking of changing gyms from Goodlife to Movati, anyone try Movati, and if so what did you think and is it worth the extra cost? I bought a 10lb bag of fresh beets and now I am wondering what to do with them, any suggestions?

Hi Zizzler. Try some ginger/lemon tea. You just use fresh ginger and fresh lemon juice in a cup with ho****er. Taste great and is soothing. Need to shop and start cooking for dinner tomorrow. Out to dinner at my brothers tonight. Need to take the dog for a couple of walks.
b greek yogurt, blueberries, go lean cereal
l chili, yogurt
d no idea
Have a good day everyone
Hi Zizzler,
Love Movati. I go to the one at the Trainyards. Have been going there for over three tears now...since my RNY. I'm not sure it's more expensive than Goodlife. Love the atmosphere. I found both the staff and members very supportive. Their classes are good - good variety, and I love that they have two pools - co-ed and women's only. I also do the personal training - not cheap (but it never is)' but the trainers are pretty good!
You could take a tour and see if it feels right for you. They also often have deals when their signing up fee is vastly reduced.

Hey DD, thanks for the info on Movati, I have heard good things about it from others. With my corporate discount I get a yearly membership at Goodlife for $395.50 tax included. The lowest price Movati quoted me was 762.32, so almost twice what I am currently paying. I have asked them if this is the lowest they can do, hopefully they can offer me something comparable. Goodlife cancelled nearly all their regular yoga classes and now almost all are hot yoga and you have to pay extra on top of your membership, it used to be included. Value is going down in my opinion. I was thinking of going for a tour this weekend, I might just do that. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
Good Morning! The sun is shining today, but it is cool. I used to always be hot, now I am always cold. Layers, and more layers. Hope everyone has a great long weekend!

L- 4 blue menu meatballs with quarter cup marinara sauce, 10gr cheddar melted on top.
D- hamburger, home made, 1tbsp nsa ketchup, nsa pickles.
S- not sure

Have to get my protein up today, may do some menu switches to lower the calories, before adding protein.
Bye for now
