I noticed on the GNC website that the pumpkin spice, Total Lean shakes are available for sale - at least in the US. Anyone know if they're in Canada yet? I tried to call and my local GNC just rings and rings and I don't want to drive down there for nothing.

Yes, they did an upgrade and the ticker is not updating. Which bugs me because I am still losing!!!

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

I think they are OK. Not as great as I had built up in mind. It took me 3weeks to track down a case. For some reason the GNC stores near me have been only getting a case or 2 at a time, that instantly vanish. The "pumpkin spice" flavour is subtle, but they are definitely a welcome change.

I wonder if they will come up with a seasonal Christmas flavour??? Peppermint- gingerbread- rum and eggnog ??????

I found sugar-free pumpkin spice syrup at Winners - a bit of that in chocolate or vanilla protein shakes has been tasty :)
