What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
Good morning everyone! Supposed to go up to 21 degrees today, going to take the pups for a nice long walk. We have our Thanksgiving dinner today, should be fun. Yesterday I did Paint Nite for the first time, it is basically a class where you create a work of art. This one was at a coffee house, so I sipped decaf while painting, it was petty cool. My art piece was not fantastic but it was fun to create, I would do it again. Only 25 bucks with the groupon discount.

b - strawberry gnc lean protein shake
s - quest protein bar chocolate chunk put in microwave for 1 minute so it is like a big cookie
l - half a p28 bagel, toasted with fresh tomatoes, swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder
s - olives, pickles, cheese
d - asparagus, turkey, pork, turnip, tsp cranberries, gravy, later...tiny slice of apple cobbler with decaf coffee
s - probably a little more of the above stuff

I am back from Asia! What a wonderful trip. It was made so much easier by being a smaller me - we hiked up to the top of a mountain (about 45 minutes straight up), which I never could have done before. I fit in seats, and was able to squeeze between tables in restaurants. I felt normal! It was awesome. Here's a big of one of my biggest victories - look how much room I had on my seatbelt on the plane! Last time I flew I needed an extender.
I won't lie, the trip was hard food-wise. I did have a breakdown on one of the days and cried because I felt like I was constantly surrounded by food and couldn't eat any of it. I mostly survived on powdered shakes, cheese, jerky, and nuts. I came back two weeks later at 7 lbs lighter.
I'm happy to be back here on this tread with you guys though.

5 days post-op
Breakfast gnc strawberry lean shake
Snack no sugar added chocolate pudding 1/2cup
Lunch. Source Greek yogurt apple pie 1/2 cup
Snack blue raspberry protein shake
Supper cream of chicken soup in honor of thanksgiving 1/2cup to 3/4 cup
Snack if i need one will be either 1/2cup apple sauce or 1/2cup yogurt
All water and vits in :)
59 protein, 570 calories.. Hoping I'm doing OK 5 days out
