Good Morning all! Quiet weekend, really starting to feel better though! Sometimes just resting is what is needed. I made a big ham yesterday so lots of yummy leftovers. L- 3oz ham, 2oz yellow and green beans.

D- 3oz ham, 2oz baked acorn squash

Morning all. OMG, it's been a busy weekend. Started moving Friday after school, moved all day Saturday, had to go work a 12hr shift on Sunday and this morning had to skip school to finish the move add to that, my body is SORE and the movers damaged some things arrggg, just need to rest. After all that, i'm thankful that i'm able to do all this and have my health. All this work i've done, would not have been possible a few short months ago.

My eats have been terrible this weekend. The less said the better but, back into my routine since things are settling down now.

B - 1 baked chicken thigh

L - 2 crustless quiche with chees

S - same as lunch

D - chicken leg, 1/3 cup swiss chard, 1/8 cup corn meal

S - tea, maybe chicken if any left or something else

Not sure of totals yet, have to plug in MFP late. Have a great day all, Nia

Hi Nia, years ago when we moved, the moving company hired someone to come and fix the damage that they did to some of our furniture. Hopefully if you call them they will do the same. Hope your week is less crazy.

Thanks CC. The owner of the company was one of the movers. I was not at home during that move but, my sister was and at first, he didn't tell her of the damage and when notified, he said it was just minor. I am still waiting for his call, if not i'll call him back again tomorrow.

I hope my week is less cray indeed but, i have an exam in the morning and Group Dynamics on Wednesday and to say my group is gelling, is a laugh. There is always one know it all and you can fill in the rest.

Good morning all. I had a great week at the CPBSO Meet and Greet. Especially later at the hotel. Meet some great woman and had a lot of fun. Down side I ate and drank far too much and the scale is definitely showing it. So back on the horse today.

So far today the morning has been crazy. I am hoping it settles down. I have switched back to a PC from a MAC. The only issue I am having is getting used to the keyboard. Has anyone else noticed the spelling correction for OH does not work now.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

l pea/lentil soup, source yogurt

s PB thins

d chicken, salad
