surgery date
So excited got my surgery date today November 9 at TWH. I remember in the binder it had a list of stuff i should get before surgery but i cant seem to find this list. What is some must have stuff i am going to need and be using after surgery?
Referral sent- Sept 26 2014, Orientation (TWH)- November 12 2014, Sleep apnea test Nov 6 2014, Social worker- Jan 20 2015, Nurse Jan 20 2015, Nutrition -Jan 26 2015
At the top blue bar to the right (magnify glass) search for "What to pack for hospital stay" or search for list of "Items you will need when you return home". If you cannot find what you need, let me know, I have digitized my lists but they are from HRRH.
