Thursday What did you eat today
Even though today was a rest day I did a lot of walking from client to client. That is one good thing about working in the community and not driving I get my walks in
B banana and a protein shake
s 2 oz of cheese and a plum
l protein bar while I was walking
s 1/3 cup of trail nuts
d 1/3 cup of tomato soup and 2 chicken wings
s greek yogurt and 2 oz of cheese
Barb, I meant to ask you - the other day you posted about doing a 25K - was that biking or running?

I was thinking maybe it was cycling - I can't imagine having the stamina to run hard that far.

L cashew chicken Thai food with grilled veggies bite of a spring roll and small bowl of lemon soup
D 4 grilled garlic shrimp with cheese
off to Hamilton Tomorrow to see a Medium/psychic. Booked this 6 months ago. Can't wait.
