Wed night what did you eat today
Today and tomorrow are rest day since I have a big race coming up on saturday. 25 k trail race. It will be first time doing trail racing but if I like the course than I will be going back next year to do 50 k.
B banana and a protein shake
s plum
lunch went to the pita pit with a friend and had the chicken breast with lots of good vegetables
d 3 tablespoon of pasta and 4 chicken wings
s apple pie greek yogurt
Hello highlandbear, that is an amazing amount of exercise, good for you. Stayed on track today except my calories are still too low. I am eating well it just does not seem to ever even get close to the 1200 cal minimum my nut says I should be getting.
b - gnc strawberry protein shake, decaf coffee
s - 1/2 p28 protein bagel, 1./2 cup of fresh strawberries and mangoes chunks
l - cheese string, inside of half a ham and cheese wrap
s - decaf coffee...later...packet of almonds on the bus
d - p28 protein bagel toasted with tomato sauce, garlic powder, and plenty of parmesan petals (this was really nice)
s - 1 cup frozen mixed berries
all water and vits.
I have learned the hard way when I would not do carbs and I was working out and I was trying to do a run on the treadmill and I was having so much trouble trying to run. My trainer came over shut down the treadmill and told me to get off and go home and eat some healthy carbs and if not don't come back. The word is healthy good carbs. Your body needs it. Just like a car needs gas to run while your body needs good carbs to run. I did not but the weight on from eating good food. It was the wrong food that I started to eat that put some weight on. I want to lose 20 but have been told only 10 now. 20 would make me to low. When I look at the book I was given from my clinic it does not say we can not eat fruit. In fact it says when we can start to have it. I was once told when you shop in the grocery store if stick to the outside isles than you are eating healthy. It is when you start buying from the other isles you have to watch.
