I got Dr. Hagen. Excellent human being. I see him on Oct 20 at his office for my 3 month post op. I was at the old hospital today for bloodwork and nutritionist. They are mostly packed up ready to go. They look excited to finally move. I got the instructions where bariatric clinic will be in the new hospital. Parking was expensive old place, worse at the new place. New parking is $20, the old was $16. Level one at north entrance.
Referral - Feb/14, Orientation HRRH - September/14, Surgeon appt. & gastroscopy Dr. Hagen - October/14, Trio appts. - April/15, Dr. Glazer - April/15, Revision RNY - July 10, 2015
My first surgeon appointment was with Dr. Sohi - I went met with him, and then had to go upstairs to see Dr. Glazier to book that appointment and then to give blood, just like the previous poster said..... We got the referral from the receptionist, but assumed that Dr. Sohi signed off on it.... He was booking WAAAAYYY out (we went in Feb to meet Dr. Sohi) and he was booking in July... we had our trio appointment in March, and got a call shortly thereafter from Dr. Glazier's office that an appointment opened up in May... so we went (I had surgery at the same time as my hubby)..... we were moved to Dr. Hagen as our surgeon at our Trio appointment as Dr. Sohi had decided to not do the bariatric surgeries anymore... Dr. Hagen is AMAZING.. we had to go back and see him at his clinic on Lawrence in June to book our surgery dates....and we have since been back to his Lawrence clinic once for a follow up and will go again in December..
Hope that helps!
