What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Yep Un-recommended, but I know several people prescribed the same thing, and watched carefully by their clinic. After my stint in emerg when my dog-ear fix went to hell and I was screaming in pain, and they gave me Oxy and all was better, I'm afraid to ask for pain meds. Don't want anyone to think I'm a junkie lol. Took a lot of physio, chiro and massage to relax my muscles this month. A lot more money the a few pain pills would have cost!
what muscle relaxant can you get prescribed?
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Well, I don't know since he wouldn't prescribe one despite my need for one due to making people "sleepy". lol
I think this is just a "you're stressed and stop moving **** that's heavy" kind of strain. It'll pass.

Don't even get me started (read: don't let me whine yet again) on the crap I've been doing at work the last couple of weeks (I'm not too pleased with you, Tour de Miss., FYI). ;)

Sorry - Tour de Mississauga. The largest, free, cycling event in Canada (4000 registered participants). My colleague, who coordinates/facilitates the Cycling Advisory Committee of Council, is away on unexpected sick leave. So, I'm "taking one for the team", so to speak. ONE = 1000, btw. Anyway, it was all worth it. 4000 people showed up and it was very awesome and, much to my relief, no one died. LOL

I was given flexeril as a muscle relaxant. It knocks me right on my ass so have to only take it when I know I can easily be stoned for a few hours.
Robaxacet has a muscle relaxant in it mixed with tylenol. I just hate taking tylenol products for nothing.
Robaxacet doesn't do anything. So Flexeril is something i'll ask for, if I need it again. Thanks Tracey!

Afternoon all. OMG, i hear you on how the weekend went by so fast Karen. I just had enough time to do my assignment and go to work. Didn't even relax like i planned to and to top it of, i'm working after school Friday and all day Saturday. Move all day Sunday so, no rest for me for another 3 weeks. On the positive side, i'm glad and thankful i have the energy to keep up with this hectic lifestyle because i wouldn't have done or achieved all this when i was heavier.
Hope you feel better soon Karen, CC have fun with your Friend. I go to Toronto on the 11th, any suggestions on where to eat would be helpful. I like trying new things.
