GNC VS PREMIER

GNC are called Total Lean and are $19.99 for a case of 12 with the gold card, which is $15 for 2 years I believe. They often have them on sale for buy one get one 50% off. Premier apparently just went up to $32.99 for a case of 18. Price wise GNC are cheaper per drink even at regular price. The stats are similar on both. My personal preference is GNC for taste but others hate them. I'd suggest you don't buy a lot of either as you may hate them post op. GNC has more flavours so variety is nice. I haven't had the new Premier since they changed the formula but the original ones I hated as they were so thick. You may want to buy some of both and decide.
Hi there. I just went through the same thing. Today is my last day on Opti, op tomorrow morning at 8 am with Dr. Hagan at Humber. This past weekend I went and did the Premier at Costco vs GNC comparison. I picked up the Premier and took it back out of my cart as I remember someone posted on here that they preferred GNC and the price was better. So I headed off to GNC and I ended up buying 5 individual flavours (buy 4 get one free) so so I could try them out without buying a whole case in case I didn't like it. Heck, it can't be worse than Opti! I also bought some liquid vitamin D and multi vitamin, some powder protein and the $15 gold card. I somehow still ended up paying $142! Good luck with your surgery.

I switched over to the GNC ones. I prefer the flavour options plus I don't have to go to Costo to pick them up. Also, you get more in the GNC lean shakes than the Premier ones so better bang for your buck.
I did find the chocolate GNC tastes a little medicine-y but nothing one tsp of instant decaf can't fix. Same goes for the vanilla...one tsp of instant decaf is nice in it.
You may only want to pick up individual bottles to try or, at most, a 4-pack of each. Nothing worse than being stuck with something you don't like post-op.

Holy Smokes! I've lost 100 pounds from my heaviest weight! Yay me!!!
That happens to so many of us - our tastes really do change post-surgery. They're both good, solid sources of protein. I drink both now.

I've tried and love the banana. Today I picked up another case of banana and one of strawberry, and I purchased singular bottles of chocolate and vanilla. The GNC is in the same mall as my new job, as opposed to across town and a 15 minute drive for Costco. It seemed a no-brainer to switch.

Not a huge fan of the chocolate, definitely like the premier chocolate better. It's alright, but I probably won't buy it very often.

I feel the same way! I like the premier chocolate better, and gnc strawberry, banana and vanilla. I like having a variety on hand. Vanilla gnc and chocolate premier go great in coffee!
