Chinese food wasn't too bad but a little greasy. The shakes were definitely sugar. I just didn't think I ate that much of it

It find it funny sometimes it seems like I am more sensitive to sugar then at other times too.  You find having protein with it helps?

Protein with any carb helps, including sugar. Not that I would ever recommend eating sugar, regardless of natural or refined.

Hi!

Today we are running errands and packing for our trip to Asia. We fly out tomorrow first thing, really looking forward to the adventure (and being smaller in those airplane seats). It's been a dream to go there. Everyone be good and I'll be back in the thread in two weeks.

Good afternoon!

6 weeks post op

24000 steps (quite a day yesterday!)

I was planning on yoga this afternoon, but sitting on the couch watching the jays game might be too tempting. I was so exhausted last night, I actually slept in this morning which is very rare for me, but so enjoyable!

B-egg and cheese
