My clinic suggested Centrum 50+ chewables---2 per day.   I did this for about 2 months or so then I realized I could swallow my regular Kirkland brand pre natal.

Kinda miss those chewables though.... they were like a sweet tart treat !!

Me too, my centre suggested them because they have 18grams of iron in each I was having problems getting my iron levels up. And I order them from vitacost.com except last week hubby had to go to Michigan for work and he grabbed me a few bottles. I now have stock for 9 months :)   Vitacost.com also sells the bariatric brands and tons of other vitamin and supplement options and I get daily emails of sales and specials. okay that parts annoying LOL

I get either Centrum Silver chewables or the CVS generic equivalent (the latter sometimes go on sale for 2-for-1)

My bariatric center recommends Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement.  However, we were told we could get any brand as long as it has at least 18g of iron, but no gummies.  Before you purchase a multivitamin check with your center for their recommendation.

I bought my (4) bottles of Centrum Chewables at Target.com for $8.09ea/100 pills, less 5% with my Red Card...shipping is free with the Red Card.

Ok, I am a bit confused.  Should I be taking all these multivitamins prior to surgery?  I have been taking Vit and B12 injections per their request at initial visit after blood work.  I am terrified to call as my dietian is not very nice and had me in tears one visit.

Everything I was taking before surgery is what I was told to take by my nurse after my initial blood work was done!!! Now I am taking everything that I was told to take by Dr.Glazer at my discharge! :)

I had to begin all my vitamins and nutrients beginning with my 1st supervised weight loss class.  I was already taking everything (for years) except for a multivitamin (Centrum Chewable), so I started that the day following my 1st class.
