I like your dinner. Wraps are one of my favorite things to do but my husband is not a fan of them so I keep it to once a month.

Hey there,  I got off track yesterday and ate a small kitkat and a donut.  I got busy and grabbed what was easiest, I did not pack a lunch so that did not help.  Today is another day and I have packed really well so should be good to go.

It happens!  Yesterday I was craving a baby blizzard. I was able to fight the craving and not turn into Dairy Queen!  Today is another day though lol

good for you for not giving in. It is one day at a time. If you fall off you just need to get back on it.

could you carry some protein bars for those days that you don't have a lunch. It might help. I know I eat to many of them but with my job I need food that I can eat walking down the street.

I usually have a protein bar or 2 in my bag at all times but I was out and too lazy to walk to the health food store for more.  I also like those individual almond packs you can get at Costco, really handy to have in my bag on the go.  No fridge required!
