What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)

Nia its probably all the change you are experiencing lately.  I had the same experience when work got crazy stressful, my calories were too low.  I found drinking my calories really helped get more in, as did adding more nuts and seeds and their butters.  Maybe you could add an additional shake in there somewhere?  How are you feeling?  Any dizziness or weakness?  My calories are still too low but I am working on that by adding more nuts and other healthy nourishing but higher calorie foods.  I know it is hard, your menu looks good, I like the pork and bean combo, sounds really good. I might make that next in my crock as I am supposed to eat more legumes now. Totally loving my crock lately :0)

My energy level is good but, i feel tired at the same time. Didn't even eat the protein bar, will add a cup of milk or something.

I used smoked pork, like the picnic should, a few cans of red beans, garlic, onion, tomato, it was good.
