Just home from work and heading to bed soon.
Everyone's menu looks good.
I don't know what to eat...not hungry at all, everything is blah. I am wondering if its the adjusting to night shift...
Anyway, nice to see everyone :)

L boiled egg 2 turkey bites (Spicy)
S Tea
D BLT salad, coffee

Good morning all. I know how you feel about work Karen. This morning so far I have had to deal with 4 different projects it seems all at one time.
Biking home today then out tonight to Women's group. Also need to get the dog out for a walk. Will have to be a short one. Also need to stop in the way home to drop off an application for a liquor license for work. Fortunately I bike right past the one on Queens Quay. I will be sad when that one moves.

d quinoa stuffed pepper, maybe a small salad.
s not sure but probably just tea at the meeting but I do have some calories left for a small snack

Ugh, sorry I didn't get around to this sooner, just one of those mornings....Hoping you all had a better start than I. Mine began with dropping a carton of 18 eggs on my floor right before leaving the house for work LOL. Eck.
B: 3/4 greek non fat yogurt w 1 tbsp. of trail mix and 1 tbsp. of vector protein cereal...2 coffees
S: didn't fit it in....like I said, its been one of those mornings
L: 1/3 c of salad with 1 turkey sausage and 2 tbsp. of bruchetta
S: Protein bar
D: not quite sure yet....may be going out to dinner, so no doubt a salad with dressing on the side and grilled chicken (my go to in restaurants)
Vits and Water (albeit am behind in the fluids already for this time of day but I will catch up!!!)

so this is my first time posting in one of the "what are you eating" posts.... nice to be accountable...
so here goes..
I'm 3 weeks post-op...
B - Premier Protein Shake
S - 1/2 cup Applesauce
L- 1/2 cup Sheppard's Pie (homemade - extra lean ground beef - corn - salsa sauce - potatoes - cheddar chesse!)
S - Source Blueberry greek yogurt - (if I get time to eat it at work)
D- 1/2 cup Sheppard's Pie (Made it on Monday and have a HUGE casserole dish of it - so weird because pre-surgery between hubby/me and the kids, the whole casserole would be gone after the first sitting!!)
S - likely just trying to get more water in - i don't tend to have any food after dinner.. just trying to get the water intake up...

Afternoon all. It's 4:40pm and i'm starting to settle down for the day so, i thought i'd check in. I'm still feeling a little overwhelmed at school as it's one thing after another. Lately, i've had days when i literarily have to force myself to eat enough food. I'm constantly full it seems and all of a sudden, it seems there not enough hours in the day to fit everything in. I know, i know, breath and eventually everything will settle down.
Glad to see you back Karen. Yes your presence is missed when you go awol.
23 months today(yay)
B - 1 boiled egg mixed with 1/4 cup cottage cheese and onion(egg salad without mayo)
L - 1/3 cup red beans, 3oz pork, (i put this in the crock pot last night and it was delish)
S - 2oz chicken breast
D - same as lunch
S - tea, 1/2 protein bar
Totals: 718 cals, 42 carbs, 25 fats, 84 protein
Totals seem low but, i possibly cannot fit anymore today
