So far so good!
i have been really conscious about portion control and sticking w protein, once I can eat a bit more I will start adding veg to my protein. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such smooth transitions between each stage. Thanks for asking!

B: 1 coffee, 1/2c of greek non fat yogurt with 1 tbsp. of trail mix and 1 tbsp. of vector protein almond cereal
S: protein shake - Kaizen vanilla ice cream flav. w 1 cup of almond milk
L: 1/3 C cauliflower mushroom spinach bake and 3oz of tenderloin beef
S: Yogurt or protein shake
D: 1 Turkey sausage w red bell pepper or shrimp and red bell pepper

Afternoon all. Hope everyone has had a good day. School t day, came home late and then had to make arrangements with the movers to move next weekend. Just go, go, go for me, it never ends. Good luck up north Barb. CC, when you get good soup ideas, let me know. For the longest after i recovered from the RNY, i didn't want to have any liquids as it seemed forever that i was always drinking soup. Now, i don't mind it.
