My cycle was all over the place for the first few months and I had some wickedly heavy and painful periods to boot. If you aren't already on BC pills, I highly recommend it. I'm sure that our hormone. s and body rhythms are just haywire because of losing weight, the shock of surgery and the anxiety/excitement rollercoaster

I'm actually taking my BC pills back to back with no week off, just to avoid having a period.
