I am over a year out and I don't do bread.  Once in a blue moon I will have a very small piece of a dense chewy bread or toasted bread. No sandwiches, wraps, buns, muffins, pasta, rice, etc.

I rarely eat bread because I have the same issues. I just recently discovered that Jimmy Johns as an "unwhich"option where you can pick any of their sandwiches and instead of bread they will wrap it in a nice big lettuce leaf. It is perfect! and sooo yummy! It's nice to have another option.

Not "real chicken"!  Why are you eating bread . . . especially this early out?
