My energy is good.. But i didn't have bad energy before opti.. I haven't cheated except for maybe some extra cucumber but i thought that was better than devouring a cake :/

Try not to fret.  After you have your surgery you will have days where you are only eating 350 calories a day and still not losing.  It's just the body readjusting and in the big picture you will lose.  Right now is the time to take all of your measurements.  Measure everything, even your calves, because when you hit a stall (and you will, we all do) you will see that the scale is not moving, but you are still losing inches.  Stay strong, you've got this.

Opti isn't Bout weightloss, it's about making your liver smaller so your surgery is safer.

Optifast averages 12 - 15 lbs weight loss per month -- I have done the diet long term 2x before I was signed up for the TWH programme. How much did you expect to lose daily?

As CC said measure yourself. You will be glad you did. I lost about 13 lbs over 3 weeks of opti. Gained it all back in the hospital when they pumped me full of fluids, In the long run this will not matter. I know it is hard to image now but a couple of years down the road you will forget this and enjoy the new life weight loss will give you

You are doing fantastic. Trust the program and you will get where you want to be
