Premier Protein VS GNC Lean Shake
So I took the challenge, what I like about GNC is they have more variety. I was finding the PP vanilla was gross and the Choco was to thick. I loved it pre surgery, post not so much.
So far I have had Strawberry and Banana and GNC wins hands down. Not thick at all, tastes like Milk with flavour in it, reminds me of putting strawberry quick in milk (was there Banana quick?). Either way I'm converted. Still have a Vanilla and a Choco to try, once those are done I'll be picking up a case of each.

Very small difference. GNC has 10 more calories and 5 less grams of protein, small difference in carbs and fat but overall similar. There is more volume in the GNC ones and they have a lovely screw cap which I like but apparently Premier has that now too. Price with a Gold Card is $19.99 for 12 and they often come on sale for buy one get one 50% off. I'm almost 10 years post op so for 5 less grams of protein per day isn't a big deal to me and they taste way better and are more convenient to purchase since GNC are everywhere. Closest Costco to me is 4 hours away. Membership at GNC I think is $15 for the Gold Card and it's good for 2 years. Don't quote me for sure as I just renew it all the time. You can buy then my individual bottle or in a 4 pack but they are more per bottle when you do it that way. I bought my first few as individuals to make sure I liked them then went back.
