Afternoon all. Just came back from school and having a relaxing cup of lemon raspberry tea. I hope everyones day has been good. Good luck with surgery Judy. Let us know how everything goes.

B - 1 scrambled egg with 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices bacon

L - 2oz sardines in tomato sauce

S - protein shake with tofu

D - 3oz pork chop, 1/2 cup salad (cucumbers, tomato, blue cheese)

S - 3oz tilapia, 1/2 cup milk

Totals: 797 cals, 25 carbs, 34 fat, 97 protein
