Good thing I checked back before posting - you're the early one today.
Off to work for the day and evening (pitiful sigh, please feel as sorry for me as I do LOL) for day 8 of 12 straight. Cycling event was pretty awesome yesterday, it's over with except all the clean-up (as in financial, legal, administrative stuff). Running governance workshops this morning and this evening for citizens - guess I should probably look over my notes since I'm speaking. ;) Other than that, nothing! Coming home and going to bed!

- coffee with cream x 4 over the day/evening -
B - GNC Total Lean (banana yay!) S - Source Greek (peach), a few green grapes (BTW, I think it was Monica who mentioned the "cotton candy" grapes at Costco? Andrew went to Costco yesterday and bought an enormous container of green grapes, but they don't say anything about cotton candy and they look/taste like plain old grapes to me - did he miss something?)
L - spinach salad with 3 oz chicken breast, crumbled bacon, parm petals, grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber slices, poppy seed dressing, sprinkle of sunflower seeds
D - at work - any leftover salad from lunch, muffin-tin crustless quiche with a few shots of chipotle tabasco and a sprinkle of parm petals
S - not sure yet, probably just tea or coffee
Have a marvelous Monday,
K. :)

Is your spinach salad the one from Costco? I LOVE THAT STUFF. It sounds like it... has the dried cranberries, bacon crumble, red onions and poppyseed dressing. Seriously, I cannot get enough of it.

At Loblaws, they are in a plastic container like the grape tomatoes come in just bigger and says cotton candy right one. We found them gross and prefer plain old green grapes to those any day. Also they were $4.99/lb for the grossness we tried.
OMG, I could have just gone to Loblaws and snuck one to try instead of sending Andrew on a mission to Costco. I have at least 5 pounds of green grapes in my fridge at the moment, and not the ones I was looking for. lol Thank you for your review, I'll likely skip them then.

Good morning everyone. Ntense you only have 2 more weeks to go. You're doing great.
Today it's swimming, Zumba total body toning (this makes my body hurt all over for days, lol), errands, more cleaning.
I took a Benadryl last night, and I am feeling very tired this morning, but I did get a full night's sleep.

Glad to hear you had a full-night's sleep, I know how awful it is when you get into an insomnia cycle. If/when it happens to me again (and it will, I've just been exceptionally lucky lately), I'm going to speak to my doctor about perimenopause/ menopause and perhaps treat that (herbally hopefully, I certainly don't need any more meds in my system) as insomnia/early waking is often a symptom of these.
Enjoy the Zumba toning - sounds a bit brutal but fun!
