Feeling 80 percent better so hopefully I will be better before my Saturday 2 hour run.
B banana, premier protein shake
snack 2 mini babybel cheese
lunch premier protein bar
snack plum
dinner 3/4 of a all white chicken burger with lettuce, tomato, onion pickle. no bun. did not eat all of the toppings. just part of it. 3 teaspoon of bean salad
s will be a handful of trail mix.
did a 45 minute gym class
