What are you eating/doing today (Saturday)
Good morning everyone. i slept in this morning which hardly ever happens, but in the past month it has happened a few times. DH and I went out last night for dinner and to listen to live music. While we were there, a friend texted asking if she and her DH could join us, so it made for a fun evening. Yesterday's high tea was wonderful, but I was only able to eat a small amount- a mini quail egg salad croissant and a half of a small scone with cream, DH got the leftovers.
Today it's general house cleanup and DH and I are planning on going to the movies tonight. The show doesn't start until 9:30 which is pretty late for me, so I may need a nap beforehand.

Oh boy, I am posting really, really late!! Do and I are getting over our bug thank goodness! Haven't been able to eat much today but making sir what're do eat is protein and drinking lots of water. The shepherds pie with cauli kasha sins pored me cook tomorrow. Out to dinner with friends tonight. Not sure of the menu but will have protein and some veg.

b- protein drink- cram/ pom
l- 3 meatballs with a smidgen of cheese and 2tbs sauce
d- 4 oz of whatever protein offered and 1/2 cup veg or salad

Auto-correct never gets old with me. Thank you for this. I am dying to try cauli kasha and I hope it isn't sinful.
