What are you eating/doing today (Friday)
Afternoon all. Glad you had fun on your night out Barb. Ziz, i was told the same thing at my 1yr to increase to 1000 cals as well as to eat more good carbs. I was hesitant at first but i did slowly increased. Pat, i hope your knee stops bothering you soon. Wenders, get well soon and CC, enjoy you evening.
Last few days, i've been getting full real quick and it will last for hrs so, i haven't been eating everything i post.
B - 1/2 cup oatmeal with protein, 1 tbsp pb
L - hamburger patty, 1/2 cup broccoli
D - i'll try to finish off the tilapia and cabbage
S - probably nothing, not feeling hungry these days for my night snack.

Did you have dizziness too at 1 year? Psychologically it is hard for me to add carbs of any kind, but if it will help with my faintness and dizziness I will give it a try. Very cautiously of course, I still think 90 carbs is too high, and they mean net carbs! On the other hand after I ate wayermelon today I felt so much better, more alert etc. 14 carbs not too bad, and lots of water of course lol
Yes i did get really dizzy A LOT around my one yr and beyond. I almost fell a few time because the room was spinning. If you recall, i was not eating much at all, maybe 200-500 cals a day because of my tummy troubles. I tried to up my calories to not avail because of these issues. Once i got better and upped my calories, i felt much better. This days i try to keep my carbs low by choice but sometimes if i go too low, i feel sick, week and dizzy, same if i eat too much of them.
