Wondering if this is just me or not....

The last 2 weeks or so, I find my bed uncomfortable.  I can't help but think it's due to my body changing shape.  Not as much padding on the shoulders and hips.  Anyone else experience this?

Thx :)

It's not just you. I'm feeling this as well. Trade off for feeling better other ways I suppose.

I have a memory foam mattress topper (Costco) that seems to help a lot.

Plus 1 for the memory foam mattress topper.

And rotate your mattress.

I've noticed at the bed at home - I don't seem to fit in the grove's as well as I did before - that's a good thing! At the lake I'm fortunate that it's a pillow top and fairly new so I've not yet cut a grove!

I hope this doesn't mean mattress shopping LOL

Same thing happened to me. I put memory foam toppers on bed at home and at the cottage when the weight started coming off, helped with my sore back too. 2.5 years out and I still love them!

Hi Monica....things are great! Feel so much better at 2. 5  years out. Had to reconnect to OH to refocus on good eating and exercising.  Karol

Hi Karol!  I'm on this site every day. I think it keeps me grounded and on track. Nice to hear from you!

Just wait a few more months and then every chair will also feel different   For me, the "padding" is reduced so my bed, chairs, the couch, etc aren't as comfortable, but I look at this as a good change!

All the best to you.
