Wed night what did you eat today
I went to my master swim tonight and started to get the shakes in the pool. Running a temp. I thought I had it beat but guess not
b banana, premier protein shake
s plum
lunch 1 cup of greek yogurt
s 1/4 peanuts
before swim cliff bar
dinner started out with 4 tablespoon of bean salad. got 3 tablespoon into me, 1 tablespoon of pasta salad with chicken in it. I made a bread less sandwich. I had 3 types of lunch meat onion tomato and cheese. warmed it up in the microwave so the cheese was melted over it and I had 4 bites of it and I was done. Just to tired and sore to eat. Time for bed and try and heal. There is a bug going around. My training partner went home sick today. We both now have the bug
