Good for you for so much exercising. I love to swim too but it's been a little cooler here in Ca. Next week looks better. Have a great week end coming soon.

When I swim I go to the local community centre and swim in the warm pool (97 F). I don’t like cold water, lol.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Hi everyone, hope you all had a good day and the sleepless folks are resting comfortably!

Last day at work today and got a lot of stuff wrapped up before heading down to my FIL's funeral tomorrow. I'm dreading it.

Betony I know tomorrow will be a long day for you, it's hard to say goodbye. I hope your daughter will also see its a day to celebrate her grandfather's life. You and your family will be in our thoughts.
